Health Notices

Updated Oct 30, 2026

Your Kindroid is an AI. It is not a doctor, nurse or pharmacist, it isn't licensed, and it can be wrong about medication, doses and symptoms. When a chat turns to medical advice, we show a short health notice as a reminder.

When you'll see it#

A health notice can appear when a chat, group chat or room includes real medical advice about you or someone in your life. For example:

  • Your Kindroid tells you what dose of a medication to take, or when.
  • Your Kindroid suggests starting, stopping or changing a prescription.
  • Your Kindroid says what a symptom or test result likely means.
  • Your Kindroid says it is a real doctor or other health professional.

Everyday care, like rest, fluids or seeing a doctor, doesn't trigger a notice. Neither does medical content that is clearly part of a roleplay or story. You'll see a notice at most once a week.

How it works#

An automated check reviews recent messages that mention health topics. It runs separately from your Kindroid, so your Kindroid's replies and memory are not changed. The check isn't perfect. If a notice shows up during a story, you can simply acknowledge it and carry on.

What you need to do#

Read the notice and confirm it with the button at the bottom. We keep a record that the notice was shown and acknowledged.

A health notice is not a moderation warning. It doesn't affect your account, and there is no penalty.

Before acting on health advice#

Check with a doctor or pharmacist before you start, stop or change a medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

See our Terms of Service for more on why Kindroid is not a source of medical advice.
